Life Long Learning is the focus, a career in Hotel Management began in 1992 after acquiring a degree in Hotel management from the University of Buckingham UK and a Diploma in Hotel Management from Switzerland Hotel Consult. Retooling midway in her career with an INSEAD course on Innovation in an Age of Disruption and an E-Cornell Revenue Management Certificate. Her latest foray in learning is a course in Public Policy and AI at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore.
Significant Global Experience in the Hotel Industry includes operational and leadership roles in chains such as Hilton, Front Office Manager at Grand Hyatt Singapore and Fullerton Singapore. The next 2 decades after were spent as a Performance Consultant specialising in Revenue Management with major hotel chains in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Tanya has delivered training programs and yearlong Revenue projects with these clients throughout the globe aligning high achieving teams with their overarching objectives. Over the last years has been delivering Restaurant Revenue Training across the globe from a virtual classroom.
In her Revenue stream development has helped hotels generate in excess of 53 million dollars for a host of hotel clients. Our forte is in maximising sales efficiencies, designing and delivering robust training curriculum and inventive and innovative commission structures to drive these numbers.
